Throughout February, we will be hosting a special exhibition of art and books that celebrate cats and the role they play in our lives.
The exhibition brings together artwork from artists across the UK, and includes paintings, drawings, woodcut prints, collage and original illustration. All work will be for sale.
We have also produced a special book in conjunction with the exhibition. Festival of Cats is a pocketbook of poetry and short stories, published in collaboration with eleven UK authors: Diana Alexander, Amaris Chase, Daphne Denley, J. J. Drover, Harriet Hitchen, Rebecca McDowall, Jane Phillips, Angela Reddaway, Margaret Royall, Stuart Samuel and Penny Wright.

The idea for this event began when we decided to host an exhibition which would bring a bit of cheer to the winter months. February can be such a cold and gloomy month. An art exhibition which fills the gallery with pictures of our wonderful furry friends seems the perfect solution.
The exhibition is free to all.
We’ve updated our opening hours for February to include Sundays. We are now open Wednesday – Sunday 10:30 to 4:30.
